We process your data in order to conclude and perform the short-term rental agreement and to handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To fulfil our tax and accounting obligations, including issuing invoices and settlements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
To protect our property and to pursue or defend against potential claims — which constitutes our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For this purpose, on the pre-arrival check-in form, we may ask for your home address and the series and number of your identity document or your PESEL number.
To send marketing information — solely on the basis of your voluntary, separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We keep data related to your booking and the agreement for the duration of the agreement, and then until civil claims and tax obligations become time-barred (as a rule, up to 6 years).
Data from the check-in form (identity document / PESEL, address) is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in section 2 and is deleted or anonymised once the limitation period for claims has expired.
Data processed on the basis of consent (marketing) — until the consent is withdrawn.
Your data may be shared with parties that support our business: booking and payment system providers, our accounting office, and IT and hosting providers — only to the extent necessary and under data processing agreements.
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and object to the processing.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Providing the data necessary to process your booking is a condition of concluding the agreement. Providing marketing data is entirely voluntary and does not affect your booking.
